We are involved in a sport where our products must perform and stand up to the job they have been designed to do. If you are not 100% happy with the quality of the workmanship or if there is a manufacturing fault, then the product may be returned and a credit issued.

Items received in error. The order may have been incorrectly packed or similar.


Faulty Item Return

Items that either arrive in a faulty condition or is returned by a consumer due to a manufacturing / workmanship fault.

You will then receive an email with return instructions

Products will either be requested to be returned and / or a credit will be issued

Please note all new and unused products must be returned in its original undamaged packaging free from any pricing stickers to obtain a full credit

For damaged or faulty products, we must receive all required images and information requested prior to a decision about warranty and possible credit.

Tredstep One (1) Year Limited Warranty Accessory

For Tredstep Branded Products Only.

The Tredstep One-Year Limited Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty. It provides rights separate to rights provided by consumer law, including but not limited to those relating to non-conforming goods. As such, the Tredstep One-Year Limited Warranty benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law and it does not exclude, limit or suspend a buyer’s rights arising from consumer law. Consumers have the right to choose whether to claim service under the Tredstep One-Year Limited Warranty or under their consumer law rights. Important: The Tredstep One-Year Limited Warranty terms and conditions shall not apply to consumer law claims

Please note: All claims made under the Tredstep One-Year Limited Warranty will be governed by the terms set out in this warranty document.
Your Tredstep branded product (“Product”) is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”). If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Tredstep, at its option will (1) repair the Product at no charge using new, (2) exchange the Product, or (3) refund the original purchase price. This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts such as leather and fabric snaps and buttons unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

Any limitations of liability in this warranty document shall not apply to (i) death or personal injury pursuant to any mandatory law on product liability; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (iii) intentional misconduct or gross negligence; (iv) or a culpable breach of major contractual obligations. A damages claim based on a breach of major contractual obligations or gross negligence will be limited to foreseeable damage typical for the sale contract concerned.

Additional Legal Rights for Consumers

For consumers, who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits conferred by Tredstep’s Limited Warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to these additional rights.
